Cash and savings matter immediately because bills, deposits and unexpected costs are simulated every month.
4 · Home
Rent is a monthly cost. Property gives you equity but adds repairs, mortgage interest and selling costs.
5 · Existing debt
Each account has its own balance, APR and monthly payment.
6 · Household
Children increase monthly costs and make time, housing and work choices matter more.
7 · Animals
Animals have monthly costs, health and bond. Vet bills and routine choices can affect the household.
8 · Creator career
Choose where the channel begins, its niche and its name. Creator Mode becomes a full management layer once the game starts.
